Beth has been a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent since 2003. She is responsible for servicing all clients with auto and homeowner insurance. Beth also manages our accounting department and all back office functions related to our insurance agency. She has been with the firm since our inception.

A Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative with an MBA and years of practical experience in a variety of financial positions assists his clients with their financial issues by using proven strategies backed by professional research.

Dennis has experience in a variety of industries – banking, thrift and insurance in addition to his financial practice. He earned his B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University and completed his M.B.A with a concentration in finance while attending both the University of Pittsburgh and Cleveland State University. His financial background has been enriched by studying for and passing the Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licensing exams and earning the CFS (Certified Funds Specialist) designation from the Institute of Business and Finance. Additionally he is insurance licensed for life, health, disability, long term care and property & casualty.

Outside of his business, Dennis has been the President of The Pittsburgh Executive Association, an Alumni Trustee at Ohio Wesleyan University, past President of the Franklin Regional Boys Basketball Boosters and a baseball, basketball and soccer coach for several years with the Franklin Regional Athletic Association.

Michael Bogdan

A Financial Planner with a technical education. Michael helps his clients achieve financial peace of mind with his organizational skills and innovative thinking. He has had experience as a Stock Broker, Software Programmer, Educator, Chemist and Entrepreneur. Each of these unique experiences has helped him bring his real life experiences to his clients’ lives.

He has insurance licenses and is an Investment Advisor Representative and Registered Representative. He continues to be involved in developing software and has been an educator at an internationally renowned private school and a major University. In his downtime, Michael founded a ground-breaking science camp for kids program and an applied research entity developing plastics that eventually come apart in water.

One of Michael’s more notable successes working for his clients comes from his experience of being faced with the challenge of paying for two college educations. Based on his own experience and experimentation Michael developed a methodology for integrated college financial aid planning that has become one of his most sought after services. The process he takes his clients through for college funding is the same approach he takes with financial planning, a client-focused planning approach.
